1. Who we are; who may use this site
apisfelixdrafts.com is operated by Apis Felix Innovations LLC ("AFI"). Orders and accounts are available only to licensed attorneys and law firms. By creating an account or placing an order you represent that you are an attorney in good standing (or authorized staff acting under one) and that you are purchasing for use in your law practice, not as a consumer. Deliverables are never provided to the public or to self-represented (pro se) persons.
2. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship with AFI
Nothing on this site is legal advice. AFI is a software and AI-tools company, not a law firm, and does not verify the accuracy of deliverables. Deliverables are software-generated working drafts for the purchasing attorney's independent review, verification, and adoption; no attorney reviews or finalizes them before delivery, and purchasing one creates no attorney-client relationship with anyone. The product is sold to licensed attorneys in all U.S. jurisdictions.
3. Co-counsel is a separate attorney engagement (Nevada & Utah only)
Co-counsel arrangements are provided by Apis Felix Law, a separate legal-services provider licensed only in Nevada and Utah, under a separate written agreement and only after a conflicts check. The drafting product itself involves no attorney engagement. Any co-counsel description on this site is attorney advertising by Apis Felix Law. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes.
4. Orders, fees, refunds
Fees are the flat amounts shown at checkout. Work begins after payment and our adverse-party screen (we never draft both sides of one dispute). One revision round within 7 days is included, and if a deliverable does not materially conform to the scope you ordered, we will revise it or refund that deliverable's fee. AFI does not verify accuracy and makes no citation, accuracy, or completeness guarantee — you are solely responsible for independently verifying all citations, facts, and law before any use (see Section 8). Otherwise fees are nonrefundable once substantive drafting has begun, except as the Master Services Agreement provides. Fees are fixed per deliverable and are never contingent on, or a percentage of, any recovery.
5. Your uploads
You retain ownership of materials you upload. You are responsible for your own professional obligations regarding client confidences when transmitting materials to us, including any client consent your rules require for using an outside drafting service. We use uploads solely to prepare your deliverable, never to train generally available models, and we purge them on request after order closure (subject to our record-retention obligations). See the Master Services Agreement for full confidentiality terms.
6. Acceptable use
No defense-side assignments; plaintiff-side practice only. No consumer resale of deliverables and no provision to self-represented persons. No attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our drafting systems. No uploads of malware or unlawful content.
7. Turnarounds
Published turnarounds run from receipt of complete materials and payment. Missing-materials time tolls the clock. Rush commitments are valid only when confirmed in writing.
8. Disclaimers and liability
DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED FOR PROFESSIONAL REVIEW AND ADAPTATION; THE PURCHASING ATTORNEY IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ALL CITATIONS, FACTS, AND LAW AND FOR ANY FILING. AFI DOES NOT VERIFY ACCURACY AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS; AI-ASSISTED DRAFTS CAN CONTAIN ERRORS, INCLUDING INACCURATE OR NON-EXISTENT CITATIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE FEE PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND AFI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The Master Services Agreement governs where executed; these Terms govern site use and orders placed without a signed MSA.
9. Privacy
Our handling of account, order, and usage information — and of the confidential client materials you upload — is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes; law; contact
We may update these Terms prospectively; continued use is acceptance. Governing law: Nevada (AFI's state of organization). Contact: orders@apisfelixdrafts.com.
