How It Works

From assignment to filing-ready in four steps.

Built for busy plaintiff lawyers: create your account, upload the file, and order — get back a draft you independently verify, review, sign, and file.

1

Create your account & sign

Set up your firm account and sign our Terms and Master Services Agreement once — a two-minute onboarding. Licensed attorneys and law firms only.

2

Add your matter & upload

Create the matter and upload your case file securely in the portal — pleadings, records, transcripts, the motion you're answering. Upload once; every order on that matter reuses it.

3

Order the deliverable

Pick a SKU, set the deadline and goals, accept the per-order acknowledgment, and pay the flat fee — all inside your account.

4

We draft; you verify & file

The draft is delivered to your account as an editable document with a transmittal memo. You independently verify every citation and fact, review, revise, approve, and file — you remain the attorney of record and solely responsible. One revision round included.

The Model

You are the lawyer. We are your drafting department.

Apis Felix Drafts is a drafting product, not a law firm. We build the deliverable; you review it, adopt it, and file it under your own name and judgment. No one here reviews your work as your attorney, and no attorney "finalizes" your deliverable before it reaches you — that is the point. It is the freelance-drafting model, systematized and delivered the same way in every state.

What every order includes

A product of Apis Felix Innovations LLC · all U.S. jurisdictions
  • Drafted under plaintiff-side house doctrine (CREAC structure, record-citation discipline), to your venue's rules
  • You must independently verify every citation, quotation, and factual assertion before use — AI-assisted drafts can contain errors, including inaccurate or non-existent citations
  • Transmittal memo: authorities relied on, record cites used, open questions, suggested next steps
  • Editable Word format, your caption and your jurisdiction
  • One revision round included (7 days)
  • You review, verify, approve, and file — you are always the lawyer of record and solely responsible for the filing
  • Sold only to licensed attorneys and law firms, nationwide — never to the public, never to self-represented persons, never to the defense
High-Value Cases · Nevada & Utah

Co-counsel firepower, when the case deserves it.

A separate offering from the nationwide drafting product above: on qualifying high-value plaintiff matters in Nevada or Utah, Apis Felix Law can associate as co-counsel — motion practice, strategy, and trial support, compensated by fee division instead of flat fees. This is an attorney engagement with Apis Felix Law, not part of the drafting product.

How it works

  • Tell us about a qualifying Nevada or Utah matter, or request a candid case-value read on such a matter.
  • If the case qualifies, we propose a written co-counsel agreement: scope, division percentages, costs, coverage.
  • Your client consents in writing to the arrangement and each firm's share, as the governing rules require.
  • Drafting flat fees you've already paid on the matter can be credited against the arrangement.

What you get

  • Licensed NV/UT plaintiff trial counsel on the pleadings with you
  • The full drafting engine behind every phase — no more à la carte
  • Fee division aligned with results, documented and client-consented

Qualifying matters

Serious-injury and wrongful-death cases in Nevada or Utah with strong liability — trucking, premises, product, medical malpractice, catastrophic auto.

Every co-counsel engagement is individually negotiated and signed by our principal attorney. Fee-division agreements comply with the applicable rules of professional conduct, including written client consent.

Questions

FAQ

Who can order?

Licensed attorneys and law firms only. We verify bar admission at account creation. We do not sell to the public, and nothing on this site is legal advice or an offer of representation to consumers.

Is this ethical to use?

Yes — it is the established freelance-drafting and outsourcing model. You are purchasing a drafting product and remain fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, revising, and filing every deliverable, consistent with ABA Formal Opinion 512 on AI-assisted practice and the long-standing outsourcing-supervision guidance of ABA Formal Opinion 08-451. Apis Felix Innovations is not a law firm, does not review your work as counsel, and does not represent your client — you are and remain the lawyer of record.

What about my client's confidentiality?

Uploads are encrypted in transit, isolated per order, and treated as confidential client material under our terms. Your materials are never used to train shared models and are never shared with third parties.

Do you draft for the defense?

Never. Plaintiff-side only, by doctrine. Hiring us never feeds the other side's playbook.

Which states do you cover?

All of them. The drafting product is available in every U.S. jurisdiction — you supply the venue and governing law, we draft to it under plaintiff-side doctrine, and you make every local-law judgment and own the filing. (Our separate co-counsel option is an Apis Felix Law engagement, Nevada and Utah only.)

Who reviews the deliverable before I get it?

No outside attorney does — and that is by design. The deliverable comes to you as a working draft. You are the reviewing attorney: you independently verify every citation, quotation, and fact, revise, approve, and file it under your own judgment. We do not verify accuracy for you and never hold ourselves out as reviewing, verifying, or finalizing your work — that responsibility is yours.

What do you need from me?

The operative pleadings, the motion you're responding to (if any), the key record materials (medical records, police reports, transcripts, discovery), your deadline, and your goals. The order wizard and the Drafts Line both walk you through it; we flag gaps within one business day.

Do I re-upload documents for every order?

No. Your case file lives in a matter library: upload once, and every future deliverable on that matter — the discovery set after the complaint, the MSJ opposition after discovery — is a two-click reorder against the documents already on file. You can add new materials any time; versions are kept, nothing is overwritten.

How does agreement to your terms work?

You sign our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement once, when you create your firm account. Then every order adds a short recorded acknowledgment — your name and bar number confirming the deliverable is a draft for your professional review and that a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction must review and approve it before use. It's a click-through at checkout, hashed into a receipt you can download anytime. No order proceeds without it.

What if I need it faster than five days?

Rush 72-hour delivery is +40% on any SKU, subject to capacity. Call the Drafts Line for same-week dispositive-motion emergencies and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

What's your quality guarantee?

You are the attorney of record and must independently verify all citations, quotations, facts, and law before use — we do not represent that deliverables are error-free or that citations are verified, and AI-assisted drafts can contain errors. What we stand behind is the service: one revision round is included on every order, and if a deliverable doesn't match the scope you ordered, we'll revise it or refund the fee. Verifying accuracy is your professional responsibility.
